IGNITE SPORTS PROGRAM POLICIES

Ignite Sports has programs in preschools/daycares as well as outdoor league programs and indoor class sessions.

Please be sure to review the policies for the program(s) applicable to your child.

CENTER CLOSINGS/INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

1) MAJOR HOLIDAYS

The Ignite Sports indoor facility will be closed for most major holidays, including: Jan 1; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; December 24-25.


2) CLASS CANCELLATIONS

Any class cancellations made due to inclement weather will generally be based on local school early dismissals and closings. 


3) RESCHEDULED CLASSES

If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, Ignite Sports will make every effort to schedule a make-up class prior to the end of the program session. Make-up classes may or may not take place on the same days and time as regularly scheduled classes, and Ignite Sports does not guarantee that any classes will be rescheduled.

 

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS POLICY

1) PAYMENT

Full payment for a class session is expected at the time of registration and is required to have been received at the Ignite Sports office no later than one week prior to the first class of that session. Players will not be permitted to participate unless payment has been received.


2) RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $35 charge for any returned checks.


3) REFUNDS

Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

All refunds will be paid by check and processed within 30 days of the written request.

A full refund, minus a $30 processing fee, will be provided up to the first class date of a class session. A 50% refund will be given during the first two weeks of class sessions. No refunds will be made after the second class of that session has been conducted.


4) MISSED CLASSES

During the scheduled class sessions, no refunds will be made to players who miss classes due to personal matters, including (but not limited to): vacations, school and social events. Parents of players who will miss more than one class sequentially due to illness or injury should contact the Ignite Sports administrative staff to discuss make-up class options as soon as possible and prior to the end of the session.
