Come and sizzle your fat away with this intense and fun workout that beats any regular bootcamp class! We combine a variety of workout styles from HIIT( Hight Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, HIRT (High Intensity Resistance Training), Power Yoga and more. You will burn calories hours after workout, grow lean muscle tissue, increase strength and self esteem! Thirty intense minutes is all it takes (not including warmup and cool down).

Our barre class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced athletes as a supplement class. It combines elements of dance, yoga and functional strength as well as aerobics to help you burn fat. It helps you build and strengthen muscles, improve core strength and posture, give your body lean and toned look.

Parent-Kid Fitness/ Boot Camp
PK fitness class is a great opportunity for parents to interact with their kids in a fun and active way, that will benefit their health, mood and performance. A lot of kids lack resources to train, are not ready or shy. We are here to teach you a variety of workouts, from body weight exercises to weight lifting. We will show you how to use your body as the resistance as you test your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. We would like both parents and kids to have fun while either improving sports skills, increase physical activity level or lose weight. We also offer a healthy nutrition classes that will teach you how to make better food choices and what kind of nutrition and supplements are necessary for your body.
Saturday 10:30am - 11:30am, Tuesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Friday 6:30pm - 7:30pm $10 for both Parent and Child.
